Contact Teri or Geri Sweet at gerisweet@highspeedcrow.ca MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR 2008 Senior $75.00 - Includes Omnibus and insurance Bird’s Hill Park X-Country Course Annual Users Fee Coaches $35.00/year All Competitors and Coaches wishing to use Cross Country Course must pay annual course users fee prior to schooling. Before using course, competitors must notify an Executive member as to when they will be using course. Course is closed 2 weeks prior to all competitions. Manitoba Horse Trials 2007 High Point Awards Training (tie): Pre-Training: Entry: Pre-Entry: BINGO’S NOTE: All Senior & Junior members are required to volunteer or provide a volunteer, age 18 or over, for Bingo’s when called. Members are allowed to pass on one Bingo. Upon second pass an invoice of $75.00 will be issued and must be paid prior to next Event. Members wishing to have their names removed from the Bingo list may do so, upon payment of Annual Bingo Exemption Fee of $75.00. PLEASE NOTE Unless otherwise advertised at an Event, all competitors are expected to wear stadium attire for awards presentation. To comply with Provincial and National Insurance regulations, all competitors must be members of Horse Trials Canada. All members of Manitoba Horse Trials are automatically members of HTC. All competitors must be members of the Manitoba Horse Council or their provincial or state equine organization. To comply with insurance regulation all competitors must be able to provide evidence of liability insurance for their horses. All Equine Canada National divisions require an Equine Canada Competitor membership. In case of withdrawal from an event due to injury/illness of horse or rider, medical certificates must be produced at or before the event, to receive partial refund. It is incumbent upon all competitors to be familiar with the EC rules, governing the sport. 2004 Rule books are available on the Equine Canada website or from directly from Equine Canada. There are some minor modifications to the Equine Canada rules for 2006. Please check appropriate area in this omnibus for more info. For Canadian Eventing funding please see appropriate area in this Omnibus. NEW!!! Funding to pay entry fees, is available to Manitoba Horse Trials Competitive members, traveling out of province. Each Competitive member may apply for one event per year. Funding may include entry fees including all levies and stabling for dates of the competition. Competitive Members must have been a member in good standing in 2005 or 2004, and must be in good standing as a volunteer to the satisfaction of the MHT committee.
